"My wrist feels a lot safer now"
I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, so I really didn’t want to deal with worrying about my wrist during bag work too. This support has helped a lot. It feels stable and secure, and after a few sessions of getting used to it, I’m really happy with it

"Do not recommend"
Extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the customer service from Venum.
I purchased a pair of Venum boxing boots for my son as a premium product, expecting far better durability for the high price paid. My son trains only 3 times a week for around 1 hour each session, so the boots have been used under completely normal conditions.
After only around 4 months, the inside lining on BOTH boots had worn away almost completely down to the hard material underneath, causing pain and injury to his feet during training. The boots are now uncomfortable and unsafe for him to continue using.
What makes this even worse is that before these, my son used a £29 pair of Lonsdale boxing boots under the exact same training conditions, and those lasted well over a year and are still usable today. So for a supposedly premium brand, this level of durability is shocking.
I contacted Venum customer service, provided photographs and explained everything fully, but the issue was repeatedly dismissed as “normal wear and tear.” No real help, no goodwill gesture, and no accountability whatsoever.
Very disappointing experience overall. Based on the quality of the product and the way the complaint was handled, I would not purchase Venum footwear again.

"Quick and easy help from customer service"
I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to Venum support not expecting much. They replied quickly and got everything sorted without any hassle. The whole experience was smooth, and the person helping me was friendly and clear. I didn’t have to keep following up, which I really appreciated. Really happy with how they handled it and I’d definitely order again

"Grip is decent, just not as reliable as I hoped"
I bought these from venum.com and at first the grip felt good, which was reassuring. After a bit of training though, once I started sweating, the traction seemed to drop off more than I expected. They’re not bad by any means, and I can still use them, but I guess I was hoping they’d feel a little more secure throughout the whole session.

"Usually good stock, but updates are confusing"
Venum usually has what I’m looking for in stock, including the sizes I need, which I appreciate. Some colors do sell out fast though, and my main frustration is that it’s not always clear when things are coming back. The restock info can be kind of vague, so you’re left guessing. Overall it’s good, I just wish the communication was clearer and restocks happened a bit quicker.

"Ordered some gear from venum.com and had…"
Ordered some gear from venum.com and had to swap the size because the first one didn’t fit. The return steps were clear, so that part wasn’t a total pain in the ass. Customer service got back to me after about 2 days, which was okay but still kind of annoying. The new item showed up and fit well, so no real complaints there. Giving 4 stars because the whole thing took longer than I wanted, but overall they handled it fine.

"Easy Venum Order"
My Venum order showed Up right on the date they said it would, so no complaints there. The tracking was Easy to follow, the package arrived in good shape, and everything I ordered was inside. Nothing fancy, just a smooth order, which is Really all I wanted

"Okay protection, but the padding feels thin"
These gloves are alright and they do protect my hands for the most part, but the padding feels a little thin. After sparring, I kept noticing the same thing — the padding just doesn’t feel as solid as I expected. They’re not terrible, but I was hoping for more cushioning. Again, they work okay, but the padding really could be better...

"Good stuff, but the price feels off"
I’ve used some Venum gear it’s not bad at all. The quality feels solid, and I don’t really have any major complaints there. But something about the pricing just feels a little too much for what you’re getting. If it’s on sale, sure, I’d consider it again, but paying full price just doesn’t sit right with me.

"Refund Came Through, Just Took a While"
I did end up getting my refund, so I’ll give them that, but it took longer than I expected. My gut was telling me it was going to be a slow process, and unfortunately I was right. It worked out in the end, but I wish the turnaround had been quicker.

"Comfortable gear for training"
I grabbed some training shorts and gloves from Venum, and I just assumed they’d be decent enough for boxing sessions. Turned out the fit was actually really good, super comfortable, and I didn’t notice any rubbing or annoying tight spots while training.
I did kind of assume the delivery would be a little quicker, so that was the only small downside. Still, it wasn’t a huge deal, and overall I’m happy with what I got. I’d order from them again.

"Site feels a bit slower than it used to"
venum still looks good and has a solid selection, but it feels like it used to be better to browse. Finding sizes and using the filters was kind of slow, and a few pages took longer to load than I expected. Checkout worked fine in the end, but I do wish the site was smoother and easier to use like it was before.

"Package Arrived Like a Tiny Miracle"
I ordered from venum.com the package showed up in absolutely perfect shape. The box wasn’t crushed or beaten up like it had survived a war, the items were wrapped really well, and everything inside looked clean and untouched. No drama, no damage, no issues at all, just a flawless delivery.
